Not even the OC can cheer me up
I am lying in the fetal position on my bed. I have never felt so alone in my life.

- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
- 2 tbsp genuine organic maple syrup, grade B (the darker the better)
- 1/10 tsp (a small pinch) cayenne pepper, gradually increase
- 10-14 oz pure water
